Drop Ship Notes:

1) There are no additional fees associated with drop shipping.

2) Standard shipping is included in the drop ship price of the product, but you can choose to upgrade the shipping. [Enter 'dropship' in the coupon section to remove the 6.95 standard shipping fee.]

3) There is a 20% restocking fee for returns. Items must be unopened and returned within 45 days.

4) We will send a generic packing slip with the order that simply states the item purchases and fulfillment center return address. If you want your own custom packing slip sent with the order, email it to us at sales@castingkeepsakes.com within 2 hours of the order being placed. Be sure our store order number is included.
